Do I need to prepare my vehicle before the appointment?

Yes! To help us provide the best results, we recommend taking a few minutes to prepare your vehicle before your appointment.

This includes:

  • Removing personal belongings

  • Clearing out large trash items

  • Removing valuables

  • Letting us know about stains, pet hair, or heavy dirt

Preparing your vehicle allows us to spend more time focusing on cleaning rather than removing clutter.

Do I need to be present during the detailing service?

In most cases, you do not need to remain present during the entire service. As long as we have access to the vehicle and any necessary instructions beforehand, the service can be completed while you go about your day.

However, some customers prefer to be present at the beginning of the appointment to walk through the vehicle and discuss any areas of concern.

Where will the detailing take place?

For mobile detailing services, your vehicle will be serviced at your home, workplace, or another agreed-upon location. Please ensure there is a safe, accessible area with enough space around the vehicle for us to work comfortably.

We also require access to electricity and a water source at the service location to complete the detailing process.
